You lose the 10% experience immedately (hence the possibility of the lovely 'Level Down' effect). If you get a Raise, you will receive 25% of your lost experience back. Raise II gives 75% back, and Raise III gives 90% (95?) back.

I've messed with the stylesheet/templates a bit more, and I like where it's going. All the pointed at objects have been fixed, as well as other weird quirks I found. Let me know what else you find.

Yes, breaking up the 'nav' style class is going to take some work. You'll notice the -> is missing from the Navigation as well, because it's white on white. I'm going to mess with it tonight. ^^
