Yep same thing happened on Fenrir once too. I don't remember who was in first though, but Sand'Oria had Sarutabaruta and then later Windurst got control of Ronfaure. It is pretty funny though.

It's definetly possible that they would, if there are fewer players in a few years. At the moment I don't have a clue which server has the least amount of players.
